What is EMS?

EMS

EMS is a web-based management system for elevator companies to manage daily jobs from one particular system. System works online and supported with mobile(ios,android) application. System includes employee information, tools&equipments information, customer information and elevator information also.

Modules

EMS, the main module owned by the system are as follows.

Maintenance Module

In this module, you can appoint your periodic elevator maintenance to your service worker and it will be added to worker to do list periodically. When the worker finish the process, a maintenance form which is created by EMS mail to customer. Form can be view in panel and you can print or convert it to pdf.

Faults Module

In this module, you can manage elevator faults in one screen. You can add elevator faults and appoint it to service worker .Service worker is going to have a push notification in the phone and it will repeat the notification until the faults is gone. When the fault is gone, a fault form which is created by EMS mail to customer. Form can be view in panel and you can print or convert it to pdf.

Revision Module

With the revision module you can prepare your revision bid via the system and follow the steps. When preparing the revision bid, you fill out the necessary information and we provide you with two different types of contracts when you generate your bid. You can create your bid for either letterhead or paper with logo. Also you can download or print the revision bid you created as pdf.

Assembly Module

With the assembly module you can prepare your assembly bid via the system and follow the steps. By enabling our companies to create their own assembly information repositories, we are able to save even more time with each new assembly offer. When preparing the assembly bid, you fill out the necessary information and we provide you with two different types of contracts when you generate your bid. You can create your bid for either letterhead or paper with logo. Also you can download or print the assembly bid you created as pdf.

Stock Module

With the stock tracking module you can create a starting stock and manage your stock entries and outputs within your billing information. Your existing stock status in the system, the transactions made by the technical staff through mobile application in the working area will be updated.

Account Module

The business fees you make on EMS will be automatically processed in the current accounts of your previously registered customers.

Elevator Location Module

In mobile app there is an elevator list, and to do list. Both has a button called ‘info’. In the info part there is map located on elevator and some information about the elevator. In this part there is a button using for navigate to the elevator by using Google Maps or Apple Maps.

Route Module

Using to do list in mobile application which is in technical personal phone, create route through the elevators in the to do list, save time and energy.

Where Is My Team Module

The position of your technical staff is automatically notified to the system while your technical staff is using the application. On this screen you can check your working areas on the fly. If the application is not opened by the user, you can reach the latest location and date information.

I'm Okay Module

With this module, Service worker is going to have a push notification periodically about open the app. Every opening or take app to foreground of mobile, app is going to send last location information to the system. If the worker is not sending any data from the app, system alert the all the employees in the company with an e-mail. In the meantime managers can track service workers location from panel.

Reports Module

-Company Reports: Information report about the company, maintenances, faults… etc.
-Personal Reports: Information about worker performance, from the beginning.

Offline Module

When the worker has no internet access all the information is saving in the mobile device as report. When the worker has the internet send the data to the system.

Maintenance Contract Reminder

This module sends an e-mail the contracts that is going to expire in 14 and 1 day to the manager.

Signature Module

With this module, worker and the customer can draw their signature which is used in the maintenance and fault forms.

SMS Module

The customer is informed about the operation performed after the completed maintenance-fault process. The SMS contains the information and transaction details that the maintenance-fault process has completed.
